- Lightwood Chaser - An elegant white rind soft cheese with a smooth taste similar to Stilton
- Shropshire Blue - A classic English blue cheese with a distinctive orange colour
- Staffordshire Organic Cheddar - Rich full flavoured mature organic Cheddar
- Maroilles de Gauloise - Washed in Belgian beer with pungent, but nutty, sweet flavours
- Ragstone - Unpasteurised soft goat’s cheese with a lemony after taste
